Jade Clinics, known for its premium aesthetic services and advanced technology, faced a branding paradox. Their visual identity did not mirror the high quality of their services. Renuvo Design Inc. was engaged to overhaul its brand, ensuring it authentically told its story and positioned itself as an industry leader.

Challenge

The initial challenge was to transform an outdated brand that was merely a logo into a full-fledged brand system. This system had to reflect the clinic's top-tier services and facilities, resonate with a high-end clientele, and enhance the client's market position.

Goal

Our goal was to rebrand Jade Clinics in a way that not only matched their premium pricing and technological edge but also brought their brand to life across all customer touchpoints. We aimed to create an environment that exuded excellence and reinforced their new brand narrative.

We embarked on creating a comprehensive brand system that included: A brand narrative integrated with authentic client testimonials. Custom graphics for interior walls that transformed client reviews into compelling visual stories. Exterior signage and privacy window graphics that ensured visibility and complied with the client’s need for discretion. A modular reception desk design to uplift the clinics' existing interior spaces affordably. Strategic furniture recommendations to complete the brand experience.

Result

The rebranding of Jade Clinics was a resounding success, resulting in a complete transformation of their client-facing environments. The thoughtful environmental branding, coupled with strategic interior design elements, significantly elevated the clinics' ambience.

The redesign garnered prestigious recognition, leading to a feature on The Discovery Channel and an invitation for the client to speak at a TED event. The impact of the rebrand played a pivotal role in their expansion to 11 locations across Canada.

The revitalized brand extended to their digital presence with a newly designed website and tradeshow booth, both echoing the clinics’ newfound identity. Jade Clinics' rejuvenated brand now accurately represents the premium nature of their services, fostering trust and sophistication, thereby contributing to their extraordinary growth and industry acclaim.
